Cooking Classes for Kids and Teens

Kids Classes

Palates provides kids a diverse cooking program that will help them to be independent in the kitchen, learn important life skills, and most of all have fun!

Having kids involved in cooking can help encourage them to try new foods and flavours. It’s also helpful in building a better understanding of the diversity our world has to offer.

Palates gives kids an opportunity to build confidence and pride in what they do when they learn, create, cook and taste.
